Our Methods
Speed
Speed kills!! Speed needs to be trained year round. Max speed decreases after just 5 days of no speed exposure! We train speed multiple times per week to stay fast and get faster!
Power
Power is the ability to produce high levels of force very quickly. By using different jumps and throws, we are training the body to decrease the time it takes to produce that force!
Strength
In order to produce a lot of force, we need to get strong! We use scientifically backed strength training principles to increase each person's strength levels, which in turn will carry over to their speed and power!
Conditioning
We utilize many different training modalities to improve each athlete's conditioning. As conditioning improves, recovery increases, body composition improves, and increases muscle mass. All while becoming healthier overall!
